Yoga /Suzanne - Open to all levels!  Every week class begins with centering. This is time dedicated to create the space. We bring the body into stillness, invite the mind to empty, place our emotions in neutral and open our spirit to receive.  This class is based on the Hatha style of yoga, yet at times may incorporate a flow typical of Vinyasayoga or similar to Ashtanga yoga.

Pilates /Shayna - Open to all levels!  This class is a highly effective way to improve body awareness, posture and promote graceful, fluid motion. While full body conditioning is a big part of the pilates practice, this class' main focus is the generally overlooked "core muscles" that lie deep in the abdomen and surrounding spine area.

Zumba /Lisa - Join the party and ditch the workout! Enjoy the weight loss results as you dance up a storm!

Caribbean Dance Cardio /Felicia - Are you ready to sweat?  Enjoy the weight loss results as you dance and sweat up a storm to Caribbean music!

Body Works /Jo - Get the results you want! Improve muscle tone, posture, balance and strength with this full body conditioning class. This class will include the use of the TRX, Bosu Ball, Kettle Bells, etc.

Cardio Power Hour - This Saturday morning community work out involves a programmed warm up and cool down around the use of Felinity's cardio equipment. Time to burn those calories!!!

• Saturday Jan 5th - 19th  &  Feb 23rd - March 30th at 10:15am This program is included in both Full and Lite memberships. Non-members can purchase a day pass at a reduced rate of $18(+HST).

If you miss a class during your 4-12 week program, your option to make up your class is available within your program's timeline.
