Good Morning Again, The PM just completed his morning briefing and announced that the CERB program will be extended for 8 more weeks. So this will take the program through July and August. I know that for our BIA members who haven't been able to reopen yet this will provide some help. We will continue to push to see if we can get the Wage Subsidy and the CECRA programs extended as well. Thanks, Susan

This coming Monday, June 15 the Premier will announce who next can move to Stage 2. Fingers crossed that these lower numbers might mean that Toronto is able to move to Stage 2.…

We share the concerns expressed in her statement and your Board will continue to advocate for changes to the CECRA. I was also speaking with a couple of BIA members this morning about the various funding programs and their various deadlines. Here are the parameters for the CERB and the 75% Wage Subsidy programs: CERB: This program is…

Premier Ford is following the plan that is currently in place in BC which is - if a landlord is eligible to apply for the CECRA program but chooses not to apply then the landlord is NOT able…
