 I help women have great sex. The sex they deserve to have, healthy, fulfilling and pleasurable. I do this through holistic coaching, because everything in our life is connected. I am a big proponent of Self-Intimacy and the development of the Erotic Self. The Erotic is the part of sexuality that uses our brain, our largest sex organ and the one we just don't use. Through holistic coaching I help my clients feel empowered and discover, recover and recreate their own Erotic Selves. I also do workshops, am a public speaker and writer. I also help parents have conversations regarding sex with their children.
