Good Afternoon All,

As many of you know we have been working closely with the other BIAs’ across Toronto to voice the needs of small businesses and landlords and the challenges you all are facing in light of COVID-19.

We have created a quick survey to get a pulse of who was able to make April’s rent and what challenges you foresee in the coming months. Please take a moment to complete this survey – your input is important to help us understand how Toronto small businesses and landlords are doing and to push recommendations to all levels of government.  This survey is going out to all BIAs in Toronto.  

As the needs of landlords vs small business owners are different, two similar but separate surveys have been created. If you are a business who owns your own building, you can decide which to complete (or respond to both if you feel it’s applicable).

We don't have email addresses for all landlords in our BIA so we are asking you, our business members, to please forward this email to your landlord.  It's important that we get information from both business owners and landlords. When you are asked which BIA you belong to, friendly reminder that we're the Danforth Broadview BIA (as opposed to some of the other Danforth BIAs).
